Caregivers Inn is a privately owned and family operated residential care home that is small, homelike and personal. We offer dignified assisted living for seniors in O'Fallon and throughout Missouri. Since first opening our doors in 1990, Caregivers Inn has been dedicated to employing a long term staff that sincerely cares about the well-being of our residents.

Owner Robyn Schaber has played a significant role in creating the truly unique warmth and atmosphere at Caregivers Inn. As a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator with decades of experience, Ms. Schaber certainly has the qualifications needed to provide the highest quality services possible. It is her sincere passion for others and focus on providing senior living with dignity that really allows Caregivers Inn to stand apart from the rest. Ms. Schaber also goes above and beyond in her efforts by purposely overstaffing our home. This allows every one of our guests to experience personalized service, true connections and genuine camaraderie.

Our entire team of patient professionals is skilled in the art of service and care and all share the same passion for what they do as a living. As a natural result, our team is able to provide a warm and welcoming environment, a broad range of scheduled activities, field trips and personal care around the clock. We are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each resident and to enhancing their quality of life.

At Caregivers Inn, staff and residents know one another very well. We are family oriented in every sense and we earnestly care. We know that our team of professionals plays a large part in why the residents and families we serve are so satisfied, and we look forward to building upon our reputation and making new relationships. Terri Loveless

Terri Loveless is our Administrator. She has degrees in Psychology, Gerontology, Health Management, and Divinity. Terri has been in long-term care for 38 years. She has been at Caregivers Inn for the past 19 years. Terri and her husband John will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary this year. She is mother to 5 children and grandmother to 16 grandchildren.
